Eve de Beaufort - Founding Partner
Eve has over 20 years experience in corporate communications, marketing and PR. She is fluent in French, Spanish and English. Her specialist expertise is in international B2B communications.
Eve began life working for Clear Channel and then successfully managed her own media agency for eight years working for the Financial Times Group in France, Les Echos and Le Nouvel Economiste before moving to the USA to work in outdoor advertising. On returning to Europe, she became the Benelux Country Manager for a subsidiary of the Daily Mail. She then spent 4 years in Canada working in the philanthropic sector.
Her client experience extends over two decades, with leading companies such as Unilever, Coca Cola, Accenture, AstraZeneca, Levis Europe, Pfizer, Carrefour, Swift, PWC, Bank of New York, P&G, Deloitte and Henkel. She combines her love of other cultures with learning new languages when she travels.
Antonia Dunn - Founding Partner
Antonia has a degree in International Marketing and Public Relations. She was born in Berlin and has lived and worked in Belgium for 10 years working in market research, software marketing and European Affairs. She set up a specialist EU public relations agency in 1990 called Forum Europe which specializes in high-level conferences and seminars.
Since returning to the UK in the late 1990’s, Antonia has pursued her interest in politics, standing for parliament in 2005 in the Welsh valleys as a candidate for the Conservative Party. She campaigned in a safe Labour consituency with a working mine -an experience not for the faint-hearted. She has been an elected member of Wandsworth Borough Council since 2002 representing a marginal ward in Tooting.
Antonia is fluent in English and French and has a working knowledge of German.
Sarah Carmichael - Trustee
Sarah Carmichael began her career as a trainee financial journalist, moving into television, public relations and corporate communications. As Head of Public Affairs and Director of Communications for two FTSE 100 companies she was also responsible for setting up the protocols for corporate giving and managing the distribution of charitable budgets worth millions of pounds.
Miranda Gillott - Trustee
Miranda is a Partner at MBR Partners Executive Search. Prior to this she has worked in Executive positions, and as a Consultant to Telecoms Operators, Vendors, and Financial Organizations from the UK to New Zealand. These have included British Telecom, Vodafone, Energis, Telecom New Zealand, World Telecom, NSC Global, and Project Telecom, amongst others.
Jack Luxton - Trustee
Jack Luxton is a Chartered Accountant. He trained with small and large firms of Chartered Accountants. Jack worked within the Anglo-American group then spent five years as a consultant in New York, USA. He has been finance director of several listed PLCs and is currently a Director of a Lloyds syndicated insurance group.
Ashley Gray - Trustee
Originally working in public affairs and communications, Ashley led training and communication projects in Asia, Africa, Eastern Europe and the United States. He has served as Media Trainer for the Sri Lankan Government. He acted for the UK Fishing industry and the Save Britain’s Fish campaign and served as the South West Regional Media Officer for the Conservative Party.
A former Somerset County Councilor and Parliamentary spokesman for South East Cornwall at two General Elections.
Turning from politics to the arts, he now runs Gray Modern & Contemporary Art.
He was a founder of the post Tsunami Adopt Sri Lanka Twins project and is also involved with similar projects in Burma and Pakistan.He is proud to have been responsible for recruiting Sri Lankan Cricket hero Sanath Jayasuriya to play for Somerset during the 2005 season.
Cécile Monico - HR Strategy
Cécile began her career in Paris in management control working for Price Waterhouse Coopers. She then moved to General Electric where she spent 7 years as the operations manager, first setting up off-shoring and then looking after large teams across France, India and Tunisia. Moving to London in 2004, Cécile became the Chief Financial Officer of Exane BNP Paribas in London, and then Head of Finance transformation at AXA UK Finance. She is now the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the private investment bank, Bryan Garnier where she covers London, Paris and New York.
Cécile believes that people are the key element of the success of a company or a project. Her career has been dedicated to making sure the right people were in the right place and were motivated to deliver their best.
Olivia Lazard - NGO Co-ordinator
Olivia recently graduated from Sciences Po (L'Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris) and the London School of Economics. She obtained masters in international security and international political economy. For the past 6 years, her objective has been to build her profile in conflict transformation, development and international mediation.
She has traveled and worked in the Israeli/Palestine Territories, Syria, Jordan, Lebanon Ecuador and Colombia as well as the Democratic Republic of Congo. She has worked with NGOs internationally as a project coordinator, and has developed a particular interest in researching how to improve coordination in war zones and regions of conflict. She is now helping DoMore4Life to liaise with charities and NGOs.
Through her experiences, Olivia has recognised the importance of cultural communication. She strongly believes in the potential of arts to drive development and mediation. Her passion is music and this has led her to take part in diverse musical projects abroad. She has excellent language skills speaking English, Spanish and Arabic in addition to her native French.
Agnès Arto - Thai Projects Co-ordinator in Bangkok
Agnès is an overseas consultant for DoMore4Life based in Thailand. She has been involved in projects supporting school children in Thailand for the past three years.
Her focus has been on helping vulnerable communities. In particular she has been analysing the impact of education, orphan care and health programmes on children and young people. She is constantly monitoring the impact that these programmes make and is passionate about helping young people remain in education so that they do not end up being exploited.
Agnès has been living in Bangkok for four years after living in Australia and Canada for six years. She is a key member of the International Women’s Club of Thailand and the Accueil Francophone de Bangkok. She studied English and German at university and is now enjoying learning to speak and write in Thai.
Agnès is also a talented classical musician and regularly plays the cello.
Katrina Verdon-Roe - Events Co-ordinator
Katrina has worked with voluntary organisations for 20 years. She started by fundraising for Stroke Victims and the RNLI. Katrina now regularly organizes high profile fundraisers and was one of the founders of the successful 1989 Bush Ball at the National History Museum in aid of the African Rhino. More recently she worked for Naomi House, children’s hospice in Winchester as a Community Fundraiser. Last year she raised money for "Help for Heroes" .
Katrina is a foundation graduate of Camberwell Art College. She has a background in headhunting and is a CertRP in recruitment practice. She has worked for James Showers as an Advertising Headhunter in London for several years and is currently working in Business Development in Southampton.
